Giving Center is here to help families in need, social service agencies and reputable charitable organizations worldwide. We review each help request, case by case, and determine whether or not we can be of assistance based on our findings. If you would like to apply for help, please scroll down and read the instructions. The only way to request assistance from the Giving Center is through the application below. After the application is sent, the Board of Directors will review the information provided, then review our inventory, and if they are able to assist you then you will be contacted within 30 days. All applications are valid for 30 days, so if you do not hear from them within that time frame then you can apply again.

Can I Call you to request help?
Unfortunately, NO. While we truly appreciate hearing from you, our phone staffing is intentionally limited so that more of our charitable funds can go directly toward program expenses—rather than the large team it would take to respond to the many requests we receive each day.
What happens after I send my application?
Your completed application will be submitted for consideration to our Board of Directors, if assistance can be provided you will be contacted within 30 days.
Who do you help?
Individuals and like minded Charitable Organizations. Assistance to individuals is provided to those in need and unable to provide for themselves. You will need to show why you are physically unable to do so. Recipients are normally individuals making positive steps forward in improving their own circumstances and generally NOT have contributed in any material way to the creation of those circumstances. You will need to demonstrate both qualifications thoroughly before assistance is provided.
Can assistance affect other benefits I am currently receiving?
If you are currently receiving assistance from one or more of these sources(TANF, SSI, SSDI, Welfare, Food Stamps, etc..) acceptance of tangible property, gifts, financial assistance or services (Additional income) may affect or terminate your current benefits.
How can I help you to help me?
Fill out your information COMPLETELY. Also be thorough when giving us your story. It may be used in several ways to gather the assistance you are requesting. If your form is not complete it will be discarded.
Will I need to provide additional information?
Depending on the type of assistance requested there may be substantial background and financial information that you may need to provide.
Can I apply for assistance for someone else?
If you are a case management worker or that individuals assigned Social Worker then yes. If you are not then only that individual can apply for assistance.
